Gregorio is an excellent and diligent contractor. I am totally pleased with the work that he did for me. It involved getting doors to fit and work properly. He installed a closing device on a screen door. He also did some lawn furniture painting for me. I thought his fees were quite reasonable. I highly recommend him for work in our area.

Gregorio did a great job for me. He was very professional, always arrived on time, always communicated well with me, and charged me a fair price. I would definitely hire him again.

NOT Recommended. Here?s why: Gregorio Ayana aka G. A. Renovation and Remodel was wanting to start repairing and painting my deck, right after a snow storm. He assured me that it wouldn?t be a problem to proceed and unfortunately I believed him. He extolled the virtues of the paint he had selected, stating that it would last 10 years. However, when painted on wood not completely dry and cold weather conditions, it peeled off right away. Apart of this work was to repair broken lattice (from my tenant?s dog). I had paid him for the materials and labor. When I pointed this out to him on a visit to repair on broken lattice (for the second time, same tenant?s dog damaged again). He changed me for the lattice that I paid for and was on my property that he left as scrape. Gregorio has knowledge and expertise that I do not have and he should have known better than to paint when he did. Gregorio doesn?t stand by his work and double charged materials.

Gregorio communicated very well, was always punctual, did everything he explained he said he was going to do. We were very satisfied.
