Dan and his crew responded to my call promptly. He assessed the condition of the tree that had fallen and brought down wires. He made a couple of cuts until the utility company could get here. He tied up a bush that the tree had fallen on. He told me he would be back once the wires were put back up. They returned a couple days later, finished removing the tree. They did a great job on the cleanup and my yard was spotless. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again. Thank you guys for a job well done.

DO NOT USE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Prepaid for half of the season, which is 13 weeks x $55, he disappeared after the 9th week, havent seen him again since then. He never bothered to call to explain why he didnt show up for his work, when confronted, his explanation was his mower broke, he said he was sending to me a refund check, that was July 9, 2019, todays date is July 17, still havent received the refund check. EDIT: July 20, 2019, received the refund today.

I paid for 13 cuts and he only came about 4 times. Poor communication, Does not return calls or texts. Mailbox is always full. Job poorly done, over grown grass in several areas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting him to small business bureau and taking him to small claims court.

Warwick Valley were prompt, came and did the job I needed them to do which was a spring cleanup. They quoted me half the price of other companies and did the job I was too busy to do in my yard. Happy with their service and the look of my yard and front lawn afterwards.
