I wanted to follow up after my first review because Joel and his son from Green Light have impressed me yet again. After the great work they did on my fascia and soffits, I had them come back to redo my wood patio cover—and I’m so glad I did. The previous two times I had this work done (by others), it was done poorly. Joel took the time to walk me through everything that was wrong: boards that weren’t even properly secured and no slope for water drainage, which explained the ongoing issues. Joel and his son fixed everything the right way. The difference in quality is night and day. It’s rare to find someone who is this trustworthy, takes real pride in their work, and is committed to doing the job correctly—not just quickly. When you do find someone like that, it really stands out. I’m incredibly happy I found Joel and his son at Green Light and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work.

I can’t say enough good things about Joel and his son from Green Light. I requested a quote and Joel was very upfront with me, he told me he was very busy but would come out in two days to take a look. True to his word, he showed up exactly when he said and provided the quote. The job involved repairing and replacing a significant amount of fascia and soffit boards on my house. Joel gave me a fair quote, and it was worth it to have the work done correctly. During the job he found a couple of additional issues and took the time to point them out and explain them to me. He showed me where a previous contractor had used recycled wood on my patio cover, which explained why that earlier repair didn’t last. Joel and his son showed up every single day right on time and worked hard. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and took the time to explain what was happening with my house throughout the process. I was very impressed with them and highly recommend Green Light and Joel!

Joel and his crew at Green Light Building replaced termite damaged wood at my house. Joel answered my request for a free quote that day and with 2 days, came to my house and I had a detailed quote for labor and materials. He then kept in touch to let me know which days and how long the job would take. It was beautifully done, on time as per quote. Friendly and efficient workers!!

They are great to work with.

Joel and his team did an excellent job. We had a very large raised garden bed rebuilt, in one of our preschool play yards. They were quick and worked on a Saturday. They made the new planter exactly like the one that was there before and didn't damage any of the plants in the garden.

A little higher in price, buy job well done.
