It was done in a day and was exactly what I wanted. Joel was very responsive to requests and was a pleasure to work with.

I am very happy with the results that Joel provided. I had a patio cover completely rebuilt. The quality of the work is very high, and they finished the job exactly as promised. They were very punctual (on time) all three times that I had them come to my house, and they did all that at a fair price.

We used Joel to do some needed shoring under our house. He promptly came out, went over options and recommendations and came up with a fair price. The work was done quickly and as promised. It looks great. Due to our experience with Green Light we have asked Joel to do some additional work on the interior. We would recommend Green Light.

He was very friendly and trustworthy. He replaced wood in a patio beset by dry rot and termites.

Due to dry rot, we were in need of having a header and joists replaced to repair our deck. Since the deck planks were an obsolete type of TimberTech composite, care was needed not to damage them while replacing the header and joists. Green Light did an excellent job meeting all the deadlines. They finished on time for the agreed upon amount, but most importantly, the finished product looks great and is safe and sturdy with no damage to the TimberTech. Well Done!! We will use them again for upcoming projects.

I went through (4) four other contractors before I found Joel and his worker, at Greenlight Building Services. They repaired the Fascia around my entire house and did an absolutely fantastic job! Very professional and always showed up when they said they would. I would hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs a great contractor!

We needed two 30 foot wooden roof facias replaced due to termite damage on our home. Several individuals had declined this job as it was too much of a job for them and/or the age of the house (house built in 1950's) posed complications. After two months of looking on my own, I discovered homeadvisor.com. Green Light Building Services was one of the companies that HomeAdvisor recommended. Joel at Green Light contacted me promptly, visited the home within 48 hours to do an initial assessment and quote and upon home owners approval, ordered the materials and began the work within a week. Once the work began, additional termite damage in the roof was discovered (this could not be seen until the facia had been removed), so Joel advised of additional work that needed to be done. Work was completed in a timely, professional manner. I would hire this company again in the future if need be.

They were easy to work with and friendly on the job.
