If you are buying a home, you need them to come and inspect a house before an offer or during due diligence. They can point out potential mold and odor issues that can prevent future heartaches and $$$. This is beyond the standard home inspection. They helped us avoid buying a house that would have turn into a money pit.

My mother, who is 94 years old, had mold remediation of her entire three-story home by Green Home Solutions. The entire process took a team of three (Jason, Mikey, and Logan) three days to complete the work. On the third day, a supervisor, Trevor, came to inspect the work with “fresh eyes”. In order to make certain that mold will never return, they installed and plumbed-in large room dehumidifiers in the basement and main floors. We also had Mom’s heating and AC vents and ducts cleaned by Green Home Solutions affiliate, Ducky Ducts. The team treated my mother with respect and understanding. The entire team arrived right on time each day. Imagine all the “treasures” that a 94 year-old would accumulate over the 30+ years in a 3000 square foot home. EVERYTHING had to be wiped down and returned to “its spot”. Nothing was damaged or misplaced. Both my mother and I were VERY pleased with the work and professionalism of the team and the support staff. Green Home Solutions receives our highest recommendation. I am confident that you will also be similarly pleased.

Evan and his team were responsive to our need to have a mold remediation job completed in a timely manner for a closing. He worked up a quote, offering several solutions (they don't call their business Green Home Solutions for nothing). I would recommend their work anytime.
