"We've hired Andrew a couple of times now - he is informative, capable, communicates well, is affordable, and flexible. He helped us fix our thermostat on a hot day and repair the wall within hours of us breaking it and before the house got warm. He fixed water damage under the kitchen sink and installed a garbage disposal.
