My back yard looks so much better now!

I hired Gray Works, LLC for two landscaping projects. One at my personal residence (correcting a grade problem) and one at my rental property (bush removal and landscaping rock). Gray Works, LLC, is a one-man operation. Steve Gray is the man behind the name. I was highly impressed with Steve's ability to work hard, communicate well, and accept input from me during the project. It was a pleasure to work with Steve. And to top it all off, he had the lowest bid.

Steve is an excellent problem solver and he figured out how to re-grade a slope under our low deck that was allowing water to flood in to our window well. He personally hand dug and graded on a couple of sweltering days and his work was thoughtful, neat and carefully done. Steve is very responsive and prompt and I think his service was reasonably priced.

We got four bids from four different landscaping companies. Steve was the only one who asked a lot of questions about what was happening in our yard and provided an economical solution that finally took water away from our house. Steve was courteous, easy to work with, took care to clean up and called the day after the work was done when we got a bunch of rain to check in and see how things were doing. I highly recommend Steve for his work ethic, fair pricing and his care.

Steve did an amazing job grading my ground to divert water. He saved me so much money and was fast. I will definitely hire him again!!

Steve arrived on time and did an excellent job digging the exact holes we required. We were told the type of equipment he was using would not allow for a perfect cube, but they were wrong! Steve expertly negotiated utility cables and delivered exactly what he promised. A pleasure doing business with a real professional - highly recommend!!

Steve goes above and beyond the scope of work. We hired him to demo a large shed, and he thoroughly cleaned after removal. In addition, he even hauled away some extra junk we had in the yard! He is incredibly professional and fast. I highly recommend him.
