Tim and his crew did a superior job painting the exterior of my home. Excellent Job patching, repairing and painting.

Tim Fitzgerald and his crew painted the exterior of my home and did an excellent job. They power-washed the building, trenched a little below the foundation, and repaired the stucco prior to applying the paint. I was very happy with the care they showed, especially when they spent time on the final day checking for highlights! The result is a fine looking paint job!

Tim and his crew were on time, friendly, neat and did a superior job. Each morning he would explain what he would be accomplishing that day. There was considerable wood rot that he removed and replaced. The new molding looks fantastic. He went the extra mile and I would highly recommend him.

Pros: Tim and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. Before starting the painting process, they made sure to power-wash the entire house, patch and repair portions of the house that needed work, and fix portions of the house that had water damage. Overall we are pleased with his work. Would highly recommend. Cons: - There are three large dead spots in our grass where the painters threw their paint water onto our lawn. - We have minor bubbling on our shutters. I expect things like this to happen, but the problem arose after only a month of the job being complete.

Tim and his crew are the kind of professionals you hope never retire because they are one-in-a-million in perfectionism, timeliness, fairness and going the extra mile. No detail is left unattended - they will even fix mistakes homeowners made! We have used Grand Illusions for exterior paint, patio & deck, eaves, interior painting, doors, and even interior design features -all without a blemish. They are remarkable indeed. Because of Tim's experience, he is a wonderful adviser when we have been unsure how to proceed on a project or what colors to use. This is a benefit we have never found elsewhere. I have Tim on speed dial!

Very professional

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Tim and his crew. They did exactly what they said they were going to do regarding the exterior painting of our home. A big plus was they were here when they said they would be. They also cleaned up after themselves and was very considerate of us in all matters.

Fantastic job. He didn't just paint, but sanded, calked and patched before applying 2 coats to eaves and trim. Very reasonable price. He painted one door from garage for free. I made the right decision in hiring a licensed professional painter.

i'm really glad we hired Tim. He was the only person who talked about actually repairing the outside of the house, not just painting it, which was done beautifully. The crew was professional, the price was great, and, when they said they would be here at 7:30 to start work, they didn't just arrive at 7:30, they were all here before that time, had their equipment out and were READY at 7:30.
