Mr. Antonio I am sorry you feel this way, we tried reaching out to you via phone, email, and text and you have yet to respond. The technician not only performed a thorough detection service, he showed you the exact area of concern, recorded a video for you to reference back to and gave intricate details of the structural damage of your pool shell. I know initially you were upset regarding the merchant fee and perhaps this is the reason for your negative review; however as I offered before, I am more than willing to reverse your payment and you can utilize any 4 of our none merchant fee payment options which is always stated on the invoice.
