I meant Robert through a neighbor I haven't had a pool problem since. he is very polite and professional get right to the source of the problem. This was the third pool company I hired to fix leaks in my pool pump. They were by far the most responsive and they actually got the job done. The tech they sent out, who I believe was also the owner, was personable and knowledgeable. I will absolutely hire Grace Pool Solutions again for pool pump maintenance.

Robert Grace Jr. Pool repair was the best decision I made very professional handled the problem in a timely manner order the parts and delivered same day and kept his word as promised. If I ever have problems I would definitely call Robert again and recommend him to anyone . Thanks Robert

Very nice company! We felt it was overpriced for the service rendered.

I know we spoke via phone and got this ironed out. I'm just responding formally. I am sorry you felt this way. As you know we go over all pricing and the technician doesn't start the job until he gets a green light. The technician performed a vast task which most companies will charge 2 twice as much. I understand price is perceived differently, but he was given the okay to do the job.
