Great customer service and very responsive. Have a rental property in Temple where the sprinkler system appeared to be broken. I found Good Roots from Angi's list and they responded same day and went out same day. I live in Austin so there was a level of trust with them going out the first time and making an assessment. I could tell they were very honest. Jose communicates what he did and if you have questions or need a slight adjustment he want's to make sure you are satisfied. Ultimately he fixed a few broken heads and recommended a new controller and the installation looks very professional. Finally drove to Temple and met Jose in person - very humble and trustworthy and great value. A small family owned local business. Highly recommend. Glad I found them. Melissa

Owner José Gonzalez and his employee were courteous, efficient and professional. They removed a large limb that had fallen on our driveway, and cut off another limb that was about to fall.

They arrived on time and took care of removing a large limb that had fallen during a storm. They also cut down a limb from the same tree that was dead and therefore likely to fall in the next storm The work was done professionally and the owner Mr. Jose Gonzalez was very courteous and experienced with tree work.

Sara & Jose were very professional and they gave my yard the TLC that it has been needed for years. I am beyond impressed with the final results. I have already recommended their services to others and intend on keeping them on for my Lawncare needs.
