Gary was the first company that would replace my two large sliding windows in my townhome. Several companies I called would only replace a minimum of five windows. Gary made a home consultation on the same day and replaced my windows 3 weeks later on a Saturday, which was perfect. Gary and his crew were very pleasant and very professional. He estimated it would take one hour per window. New insulation and flashing was installed as promised and caulking around the outside and the inside of the window. They had place drop cloths in front of the windows and had cleaned and vacuumed before leaving. My husband and I were very pleased with the windows and the installation by Gary and his employees and would recommend him to everyone.

This is a no BS outfit. Gary gives you a fair quote without endless visits and innumerable , marginal, and inexplicable "discounts". When they set a date for installation they meet it and when they do the wok they are all business. All in all Goodfellow was a welcome contrast from other firms I asked to give me bids. Professional job!

No high pressure sales pitch just an honest upfront estimate with a complete explanation of how he would address some problem areas around the windows. The price was good and the quality of the windows and the installation was fantastic. Gary has a great crew that completed the job in a few hours and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. A pleasure to work with! Gary and his team are professional and did a great job replacing 19 double hung, 1 casement and 2 bay windows. He was patient with my wife and me as we struggled to decide exactly the look we wanted. He did not pressure us at all and once we made a decision he helped us with details.
