The work quality was fine and they were clean. They communicated ok. Some mix up in scheduling but worked it out. The product was a fail The windows had no more insulating quality than the 45 year old Anderson windows they replaced with Ideal Windows. Very disappointed. Do not buy.

After having my old patio sliding doors replaced with new vinyl sliding doors, I hired Gary's team to replace all my old Anderson wood windows. It's a very happy project again. The team come early and have all 7 windows replaced for me within 4 hours. Pretty neat and efficient. I love the new windows he offered to me. I recommend this team.

It's a very nice experience of doing business with the team. I had two patio sliding doors installed by Gary and his team. Overall, they did a very good job in a very professional way. The job was done with good quality. Gary answered whatever questions I had on the project. He is very helpful and honest. After the installation, I feel like I am living in a new house. The team is willing to do extra work to meet the costomer's needs.

I just had 25 windows and one sliding patio door in my house replaced by Gary and his team. All I want to say is "Wow, they really did a fabulous job!". Gary is very nice and friendly. He really cares about customer's needs. The windows/doors he used are sturdy and top quality. The whole process was very efficient. When all the parts are ready, they replaced all the 25 windows and one sliding door for the whole house in one day. That's really amazing! They did a superb job and cleaned up all the mess after the project. I am very happy with my new windows/doors. They are the best and you can't go wrong with them for windows replacement. I would definitely recommend them.

After speaking with many vendors it was a pleasure working with Gary. He replaced my patio door quickly, without even a mark on the existing paint and molding (which other contractors warned me may be damaged during install). He was very professional and he had some of the best pricing.
