Our deep carpet cleaning process includes: 1) Vacuuming to capture all dry soils on the carpet surface. 2) Pre-spraying with our oxygenated cleaner and Good Dawg Booster to encapsulate deep soils and penetrate odor and stains. 3) Agitation with our counter rotating brush machine to scrub the cleaning agent into the carpet fibers and loosen soils. 4) Heated water extraction to agitate, rinse, and remove all loosened soils. 5) Rake and Inspect carpet for final touches. How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because it was the one job that I thoroughly enjoyed and felt a sense of satisfaction from. Prior to joining the Army, I worked at Stanley Steemer for a year and I loved it. Something about seeing a dirty carpet come back to life after putting energy into it was therapeutic. Though my military career took me in many directions, I've always enjoyed carpet cleaning as a personal hobby. I always had a portable machine to clean carpets and upholstery for family and friends. I stayed connected with friends in the carpet cleaning industry over the years to stay updated on the latest equipment, cleaning solutions, and cleaning methods. I casually decided to start my own business part-time for the nostalgia, which quickly moved into a full time passion and here I am at your service. You will also see my two teenage boys out working with me as we are on this journey together.

Louie did an outstanding job with the white area rug that my dogs used as a bathroom. I was getting ready to throw the rug away but he was able to revive it and it even looks brand new! Very affordable and gives discounts to military and new customers. Will definitely hire again!!

First the price was amazing for pet odor and stain treatment. My home smelled like eucalyptus after instead of wet dog. He was willing to do the extra thoughtful things that other companies wouldnâ t. He cleaned in all the tight areas that the prior company did not want to, he brought us shoe coverings so we can walk on the carpet right after, and did a walk around with us after.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
