The service itself was average. However, it required extensive maintenance on my part, because after the treatment I had to water the entire lawn for the next several days. My lawn is 6/10 of an acre. I could not possibly meet the requirements for watering. This was not explained when I agreed to the contract. I was informed after the treatments by their technician. As a result I was denied much of the benefits of their services, an enormous waste of money. The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed.

Signed up a couple months ago for their pest control and I am glad I did!! In the past we have had mice in our house during the cold weather, but I haven’t seen any signs of them this year!

The service I subscribed to last year had received glowing reviews, and after speaking with their managers, I was excited to sign up. As I was expecting a baby, I wanted to prepare our lawn to serve as a playground for our child. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results after spending a thousand dollars and a whole season of treatment. Initially, I noticed some red flags when I spoke with the salesperson, but I thought it was due to their lack of personal skills. However, I later realized that the sales team tends to over-promise their results. I heard different treatment plans and timelines from Go Green's manager, technicians, and their sales team. Consequently, I was dissatisfied with their lawn program. They were never able to get rid of my weeds, and treating weeds in specific corners killed new grasses grown from aeration. The team gave me several excuses, ranging from stubborn weeds to needing to wait a couple of years for the treatment to become effective. I also had some issues with their customer service. I called them a couple of times to inform them that the technician should acknowledge me when they arrived because I wanted to be mindful of not letting my dogs out. However, they never rang my bell or acknowledged me until I spoke with their manager. There were also times when they left my backyard gate open, which was quite frustrating as a dog owner. Before the end of my last application, I called their customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, stating that I was not willing to continue next year. They assured me that they would discuss my concerns and provide me with feedback. However, I didn't hear anything from them for six months, and I just received a renewal confirmation. When I called the customer service team again, they explained that the automated renewal was in place to make it easy for customers. I was frustrated by this response. Overall, I think go green tend to overpromises service and I don’t think they care about customer satisfaction at all. So this is a warning for all the folks getting too excited with their false promises.

The team from Go Green Lawn Service, Eladio and Kyle, did an excellent job and meticulously covered every inch of the property very efficiently. They went above and beyond to address areas of concern and spent the time to do the job right. Very pleased with this lawn service.

Ended up being a HORRIBLE experience. Never again. Everything started off great. Sign up for service. I was told I'd receive a call the day before the Tech was scheduled to come, and they would service the front and back yards. Fast forward a week, no call from Ned's or Tech, someone just shows up. Guy walks around the house, takes pictures, treats the front yard, and leaves. I call because no one told me he was coming, and he didn't do the backyard. I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. I've been waiting a week to speak to the rep who signed me up, but I haven't received a call. Because the Tech said he completed the work, they believe him. If I could give Zero Stars, I woiuld.

Cancelled service last season. They claim they never received my cancellation. They showed up in late March and treated my lawn without authorization. Now they want payment. Verry shoddy outfit. Beware!
