They came out the same day, ordered a part, and because they saw we had an infant and a pre-schooler they made room ASAP to fix the dryer so we had clothes for the kids.

My freezer was defrosting badly so called them late afternoon Sunday. Good service and quick response (they were able to come out early Monday morning). Although, technician had to make two long trips to the appliance parts place, as he picked up the wrong part the first time. So it took a while but he did not charge me for the extra time it took, as it was his mistake. And he stayed on my job until finished. My refrigerator now works. That's the important thing!

Response was rapid. Heating element in electric clothes dryer was replaced. Serviceman provided great tips on cause of element failure and cleaning of duct work. Dryer working better than ever.

They came out same day we called - on a weekend - and the technician couldn't have been any nicer. He replaced our leaking garbage disposal and cleaned the pipes. He was most helpful and we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company. Highly recommend!
