Very nice guy. Came to our house around 3:00 PM to fix our boiler?s pilot light which would not stay on. He said service fee was $149 for coming to house. ( website said free estimate) he said it was thermostat that was off. Turned on thermostat and left. Pilot light went off again right after he left. He Came back around 8:30 AM next day. This time he said boiler needed cleaning. He charged again $149 for service fee. He should have seen that it needed cleaning the first time he looked at it. Told him that I felt it was unfair that he would charge twice for service fee. He could have solved issue the first time he saw it. He started to walk away without collecting the money. I was upset but I felt bad for him and paid him again. Problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes for a cost of $298.

not very quite accurate story. the boiler was looked at by a handy man before I provided service. handy man did not know how to light up pilot light. I fixed the pilot went to my truck to work on write an invoice client came back to let me know boiler turned off. which it is totally normal operation turn off on limit and turn back on after a few minutes automatically. thermostat was off for first floor zone I noticed after she called back from my truck. now that was a service repair call. client was urged to invest on boiler replacement or to the least a deep clean maintenance which needs to be schedule to a different visit. client called back next day because pilot light went off again. I decided to clean her boiler totally free of charge other than basic service call $149.00. my conclusion is: client had their boiler repaired for $149.00 and boiler cleaning for another $149.00. nice guy? thank you very much. best regards to whom may come across this little misunderstanding.

Jorge and his team did great job installing the new AC system and restoring the zoning in our house while providing competitive pricing for the project. The new condenser and air handler are quiet and efficient.

It was amazing. The workers immediately found the problem. Stepped out for a few to get the piece that was needed for replacement. They gave me excellent advice on maintaining the heating furnace. Most importantly, they fixed it in just two hours, which was unbelievable.
