ProStar was the only company that returned my call and had someone out that day. He did a very good job...but the first thing he said when he walked in was that it was going to cost me $225 just for his coming to my house! I think this should have been revealed by the phone call I had with the person who answered the phone in the office. I talked with her twice and this travel charge was never mentioned. So even though Ray did a good job, I could have hired a handyman to do the job for a lot less money. I don't want to put Ray down, as I appreciated his work and the fact he came out the same day I called..

First issue, not terrible yet. We had to wait longer for our door to be installed than they promised. The screen door keeps coming off the track, so I had to adjust it myself. There is a mark on the glass that we can't remove because it's on the inside of the glass. But our BIG issue was the installation, being an inch shallower than the wall on the outside, leaving a depression all around the door. It looked TERRIBLE!!! They wanted to just cover it up with wood, but we refused because this is an exterior and wood rots. We insisted that they stucco around the door to make it properly filled in and to match the rest of the outside wall. They wanted to charge us a few hundred dollars more to finish off the installation with stucco, but we stood our ground and they finally got a stucco guy to fill it in.

The technician came and did the work same day. Would of been done sooner but the rollers were not standard.

I was not happy that the door wiggled after it was locked. They said that is the nature of the door and lock.
