I think the tenants were smokers so the windows had an extra film on them which made it difficult to get that film off. I think they should use a stronger removal chemical for instances like that. Most of the windows came out nice except the sliding glass door near the fireplace. There were a lot of streaks there

Contacted me promptly. Had an instant appt and then he got an earlier opening and came to my home. John was very friendly, and professional, did a great job quickly! And under the original cost quote! Would use Glass Tech again for sure!

Take him off your list! Do you think a window cleaner should stand on your furniture to clean a window without asking the owner? Should a window cleaner show annoyance when you ask him to redo a window pane? Many of the windows were cleaned well, others were left with the soap film and outlines of the cleaning wand. I would not ask him to come back. He has a negative attitude and would likely not return.

It was slightly more expensive than he indicated on the phone although it may have been hard to estimate without seeing it, but the work was perfect and I would hire them again.
