Wonderful! They were on time and very friendly and professional. I would certainly use their service again in the future.

First, I have to give them credit for agreeing to do the work. For some reason I couldn't get anybody else to agree to do the work. The work was replacing a sidelight on a historic door frame in a 1920s era but only partly historic home in a historic district. So they deserve credit for just agreeing to do it and for following through and completing the work. There was a long delay in actually getting the work done, but that might have been necessary for some reason to get the glass. Glass was safety glass and special cut but not historic glass. Some misunderstanding regarding agreed upon day for installation. Installation was quick and professional. This required removal of molding on historic door frame that had me concerned about possible damage. Removal and reinstallation of molding was acceptable but not perfect. There was some damage that I will cover with caulk and paint. However, it probably would have been very difficult to do without some damage, which was my original concern and possibly the reason why I had trouble finding anybody to do the work.
