They arrived on time and did a good job for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and did everything necessary to complete the job properly. One individual did break my livingroom lamb and they said I would be reimbursed for the price I quoted from the store where I bought the lamp, but it has been three weeks since the completion of the job and I have yet to see reimbursement for the lamp. Other than that, things were fine.

Unfortunately this happend however we must follow company policies. Once the appropriate documentation was submitted by this customer the customer was reimbursed for her damaged property.

They didn't show up in a timely manner. He called at the last minutes to chang schedule. Wrong measurement, took 2 trip to get it done .I had them install solar screen. After 2 days, one of them was blown off. He came back took the broken one and didn't get back with me since then. I paid in full for the whole service but stuck with a half shade window.

We try to accommodate everyone's schedule so that our service is convenient for them. However, do to changes in weather conditions as well as the customer's stringent home schedule there were conflicts in timing. High winds did remove the screen from its place as did many other screens in the area. The screen was repaired and replaced in a time frame that accommodated said customer's schedule.

They came on schedule to give an estimate, and then delivered the glass as scheduled. They did a great job, cleaning up after the work. Great Service and expertise.

Tim gave me a call soon after receiving my service magic project request. He was able to come out the next day. Our project was to provide us with new screens for our windows and evaluate the condition of our windows in preparation for selling our house. The information he provided was very helpful. We ended up replacing the glass in 4 panels of our windows where the seal had broken. It took about a week to get them ordered and installed. The screens look great.
