Gladiator Glass did a phenomenal job replacing a cracked window pane. They were excellent with communication and very responsive. Great price and Bill the owner was absolutely excellent and amazing. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I do not recommend this company for business, they installed glass windows that were not the quality that they said they would install, said they would come back to resolve but they never have. UPDATE i recived the money back per arbitration.

Hello, I pulled up our records to re-familiarize myself with this job; Your building has an old snap-in curtain wall system with plastic clips, which was brought to your attention when we quoted the job. Our rep made sure to advise you that the plastic clips were brittle, and without replacing all of the framings, it may not go back perfectly. This was also evident by looking at the adjacent window that had previously been replaced and screwed back together. The glass that was supplied was a 1? OA Insulated Unit using 1/4? panes, using the same gray tint to match the rest of your store. There is no difference in the quality of the unit any.

Did a great job, saving me a bunch of money by replacing window panes instead of the whole window. In and out without much disruption to us. Highly recommend if you have seals broken on your windows and don t want to replace the whole window
