Jim and his helper were great communicators about the cost and time to complete the project. Their price was the best price I received. They cleaned up the work space and left my kitchen spotless. The workmanship was spot on. No complaints only praise

I had my kitchen floor tiled this week and am ABSOLUTELY ecstatic how it turned out! Gilbert tile installation are without a doubt professional, efficient and reliable. Mr Gilbert returned my message on this site (while he was on vacation even!); he was considerate of my work schedule and met with me and my husband after 5:30 PM. He worked with us and made us feel listen to and at ease about our project. He told us what products he would use; the costs and what the labor would entail. To our further delight, our invoice was what he said it would be and gratefully no bad surprises! Just so you know, I had two other installers contact me through this app. I supplied pictures and multiple details about what we needed done; with one I waited in vain for a call back over a weekend to schedule a time to come to our home. I can tell you I'm a person who understands how busy professionals are and their time is valuable; but so is mine. They NEVER bothered to contact me further or setup a time to see our kitchen and evaluate what needed tobe done. This could possibly be because it wasn't a big project. I don't know but it's their loss. We've booked Gilbert tile for our dinning room floor install. An incidentally, this is a much larger room and I am looking forward to working with them again!
