Joe removed my popcorn ceiling, resurfaced it & paintied ceiling & walls after water damage was created from a leaky refrigerator from one of the condo owners living above us. He was very punctual, did a great job on repair, & he was trusted with our key & returned it after finishiing work, He also came back & did some minor touchups that we felt were not satisfactory. We would hire him again on any future project we need. He was also reasonably priced.

If you need a knowledgeable professional painter then Joe is the man you should call. His work was top quality from start to finish. He explained his process and completed the work in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with Joe again soon.

Seeing all the 5 star ratings and reviews written about Gerico Const. Called Joe the owner. Had purchased an older Home and just needed the popcorn ceiling and a laundry room made from a laundry closet. After hiring Joe and seeing his excellent work....could not let him go! My dad was a contractor and my dad did things the right way...so does Joe. My small project turned into an entire home remodel. In fact Joe is in the last stages of the remodel. Easy to work with,prices are very fair,he is prompt and as I said...does it right! I highly recommend Gerico Construction for pretty much any project you have. He deserves a much higher star rating than 5! Thanks Joe!

Gerico Construction has completed many projects for us this year, from demo to finish carpentry and almost everything in between. The owner, Joe, returns call promptly and is very reliable. He shows up on time, puts in a good day's work, and his craftsmanship is excellent. Joe has lots of experience with different projects and had great ideas for us when we weren't exactly sure what we wanted to do. We are glad to have found a company with a good work ethic and the skills to complete the job!
