He was actually on his way to gather supplies for another job, but when I mentioned I’d be tied up later in the day, he didn’t hesitate to adjust his plans and showed up within 30 minutes. That kind of promptness and flexibility is rare these days. He came prepared with a few items in his truck and was able to take care of the issue efficiently without any fuss. You can tell he truly cares about helping people, not just making a quick buck. It's a family-run business, and it shows—in the honesty, the reliability, and the way you're treated like more than just a number. No outrageous charges, no upselling—just genuine service from someone with real integrity. It’s refreshing to find someone of quality that makes you feel like you can trust them. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend gaston plumbing to anyone looking for a dependable, honest plumber.

After experiencing an ongoing problem for months and having used several other plumbers, I called them late one afternoon and they were here the next morning and worked until they found and fixed the problem, including the mess up of a previous plumber.

I would give ZERO stars if I could have!!!! So, I had a hot water pipe to burst in my garage at the end of May of 2024...I was referred to Gaston, he came out and fixed the pipe, great service so I thought! Fast forward 4 months later, September! Pipe bursted AGAIN!!!! Gaston came out, said he checked water pressure and adjusted the hot water temperature, replaced the pipe again! I paid a SECOND time!!!! Now, TODAY, June 22, 2025, 9 months later the pipe has burst for the 3RD TIME!!!!!!! I called Gaston, he recommended I call another plumber due to him not being available until the end of next week and also sent a picture of something else to buy!!!!! I've paid you TWICE in 4 months for the same problem now it's a me problem!! Their work IS NOT GUARANTEED!!!! Thought I was dealing with a reputable business but today has been truly a learning experience!! I WOULD AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF GASTON PLUMBING!!!!!!

Billy and Paula were outstanding! They repaired, replaced and installed several faucets and toilets at a great price. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. What a God send after getting a ridiculous quote from another company. Hire them and you won't be disappointed.

He called me within minutes of my online search. I had an outside water main leak. I had already dug it up and found the leak. He arrived within a few hours and quickly completed the repair. He only charged me for a service call, no parts. This was a Sunday. I highly recommend this contractor. Quality repair work. Nice man and very respectful.
