Responded right away and was nearby so he was able to fix my sliding glass door the same day. Explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. Had the necessary parts in his truck so no delays going to get them. Very courteous and respectful of my house.

Sadly when he came for estimate he told me he was a professional. The results were anything but professional. He broke trim when replacing window and did not tell me till completed and I ask him where the trim went. He told me it broke when he removed window and trim is no longer available so he used chauk on the inside of the window which looked terrible. I call All Brands Window and Service, they came out and fixed the mess the "professional left". Would definitely not recommend.

Window was broken by a ball that was thrown by a lawn mower that shattered my window Ty responded to my Angie's inquiry. He arrived at my home before the appointment time an immediately started the repair of broken window. The pane broken was rather large (42x29) and Ty worked hard getting everything cleaned up to replace with a replacement. His work is excellent and the attention paid by him is a sign of an individual who is dedicated to making sure his client receives his best efforts. I plan in the future to do further work and Ty will be the one I call to do the work. Thank you Ty

Had old awning type windows that wouldn't open. The "crank" mechanism wouldn't budge. Hoping tech could (1) lubricate or (2)replace with new. Tech was finally able to open in spite of serious mud wasp nests "gluing" the window shut. Did a good job attempting to knock them out. Unfortunately, he claimed the cranks were good, did not need replacing, but I an unable to close the window. May try Home Depot if I can replace with a handyman, or be forced to buy a new window....sigh
