when the technician arrived at my home, he greeted me warmly, which put me at ease. After that I asked him what would the price be? I told him what was going on with the garage door, after assessing the situation, he quoted me a price of 350.I wanted to make sure my husband was in the loop, so I said let me call him, and you speak with him, the technician kindly agreed to speak with him,my husband, and after that conversation he begin to work. At one .n point while working he asked for a bottle water I said sure, and i saked woukd he like a cup of coffee,he responded positively, so I made him a cup of coffee. Once the technician had completed the work on the garage door, he unexpectedly, changed the price much higher I taken aback and reminded him that he ha provided with a price of 350 and I would hold him to his word, however I would hold him to his word . he said he would have take the door down, I told him I would have to call the police, I truly do no recommend this people

Great service tech, the remotes didnâ t sync up the following day. I called the service tech and he came out to take care of the problem- free of charge. Iâ d recommend them.

Needed to get a replacement opener hung (purchased by me). Got a call fairly quickly with availability an hour later (which is excellent). Gentleman came out, gave great information about the existing setup, and had the new unit in and done quickly and efficiently. They also take cash (any business that does is A+ in my book). Great working with them and would work with them again. The ONLY feedback I would share: There seems to be a disconnect between the person who calls and the person who is dispatched - similar to landscapers that outsource. The gentleman that showed up ONLY worked the garage door/opener piece, and wasn't who would handle things like the garage SIDE door or structure or flooring. Ideally, the one that calls (if they are the most knowledgeable) is doing a full assessment of everything needed, then dispatching one or two guys to tackle whatever, OR make sure that all guys are at least basic aware of level of effort for other work and can coordinate.
