Our garage door was not closing due to problems with unbalanced springs. I called the office, and John scheduled the service for the afternoon on the same day. Alex, the technician, arrived on time, checked the system, and provided a cost estimate. The cost estimate was very reasonable, so I didn't seek estimates from other companies. Alex was very professional and gave me a thorough explanation of the garage door system. Thank you, Alex, for a great service and answering my questions patiently.

I needed to replace an old opener, and this was the first one I called. They were responsive and scheduled me as soon as possible. The installer was very professional and did a great job. My only problem is that they didn't leave any information about the opener, and I couldn't program it on the app. When I called the office, they gave me a YouTube video on programming the door. I needed to know what my device was to select it from the options. Additionally, I had to ask multiple times for an invoice, hoping it would have the needed information, but it didn't. If you use this company, please ensure you get all the information for your opener.

NSGD quickly replaced our garage door in less than a week. Our original garage door used suicide springs, and the pullies broke, so we could not open the door. They entirely replaced everything and used the more modern tension springs. We feel much safer and have a more insulated door. Well worth the money spent.

The project went perfectly from start to finish. Their office was extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions, and installation went without a hitch.
