There was a power outage at my mother's place during a heat wave this week. I called in G & R Electrical Contractors, Inc (GRECI) to inspect the power, and was told it was a power line problem from outside the house. GRECI advised that we would have a faster response if we had them make the call to Con Edison. However, we we're not told that it was a power problem that affected the entire block, which I learned on calling Con ED myself, when asking for an update. Con Edison would have resolved it with or without the call from GRECI. The total bill was $650, of which over $350 was for an unneeded phone call. My mother is elderly and has mobility issues and I was concerned for her to be absent light and power, which GRECI took full advantage of, in addition to offering to ground an area of the house for another $1500 and a power makeshift while waiting for restoration for additional monies, which she wisely declined. I will never understand the desire to take advantage of the elderly.

G&R electricians did a great job most importantly they made sure we were happy with their work. We had 18, 6 inch recessed lights installed. If you’re looking for an electrician with a fair price I recommend G&R
