The owner contacted me the same day I requested a bid. He gave me a bid over the phone. I had a small job - installing decorative hardware for drapes/curtain in a concrete wall. He came when he said he would; he was prepared; and the job was done very well. I am rather fussy and particular, and the work was done without a hitch and done beautifully. I would recommend GWP to anyone looking for a home improvement contractor or handyman.

Gary replaced vertical siding and trim, repaired a deck, and added new trim around some windows. His estimate was very reasonable, and he stuck to it. Once he got started, I asked about doing some extra work (the trim), and he quickly gave me an estimate and incorporated it into the project. He was very willing to discuss alternatives and accommodate any requests, plus he has an eye for making economical suggestions. His work is very good, and he was able to start quickly and finish in a timely manner. I expect to hire him again.

Gary was prompt in his response, provided a reasonable price and had the repair done within 5 bus days of meeting the request on home advisor.

Very good at what he does, and he does a lot. He installed a new front door for us, and it came out looking beautiful. He also referred us to a retailer where we found the door for half-price. And installed a new sliding screen door. And installed a new microwave. His rates were reasonable; we'll definitely be looking him up with more projects.
