Glenn was prompt and quickly provided a quote for lawn leaf cleanup and removal. He and his crew arrived on time and went to work quickly. They worked efficiently and we're done in short order. I will be calling on them for future projects around the house. Good guys. Highly recommend.

Hired which I thought was legit. I have never used before and this first experience was bad. He said he knew how to use our lawnmower and he DID NOT. He never put the blade down to cut the grass, so he rode around for nothing. Weeded the small front flower bed which was poorly done. He only stayed from 1:30 to 3:30 pm and demanded that I pay him $250.00. This was not discussed earlier and he said it was in the contract. So, I believed him. Now, prior to him coming, I had to call him to see if he was coming and he said Oh I forgot I will come by soon. ------------------ May 16th, he said he would be here between 10am - 11 am. No show. Again, had to call him. Told him that I would appreciate him to return $100 back and leave at the business. He said No. I said Why He said I did what I needed to do. But He did not! He Claimed He knew how to use our lawn mower and he did not put down the blade to mow the lawn, so that was a waste of time. He only worked 2hours and demanded that I pay him $250. So, I did and now that he did not show up today (5/17/2022) Asked him in good faith to return $100 back, since he did not properly do what needed to be done. He then, blocked me from his phone and said he would not give back $100 and hung the phone up on me. I would in the future never use this site again. I thought it was trust worthy.

We hired G-rich five weeks ago, gave him a $500 down-payment, and since then, he did not do anything that we initially agreed. He had all kinds of excuses and no-shows. We are in the process of getting our money back, and we will engage the police if necessary. This is the worst scam since we moved to Southern MD. Please avoid this person and do not give any money in advance.

He took half of the payment he required, he did not desire a contract, he was late and he did less then half of what he promised when hiring him for this job. It has been 3 days since he showed up and he has been a no show and a no call.

Glenn is great, very knowledgeable regarding lawn care and will begin expanding the work he does for me. I am very pleased to do business with G-Rich Handyman.

He was supposed to the front and backyard. He only ended up doing the front yard. When I called him he said that he did both but only ended up doing the backyard (He only sent me pictures of the backyard).
