Write a ReviewPleasant and friendly service. BJ, was prompt a completed the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up after the job was done. I plan to hire GRGC for future projects.
Repaired chimney. It looks great.
Pleasant and friendly service. He gave both low end and high end estimates. Sent agreement by email for review.
Thank you for your comment and review
He was courteous my projects was not completed 5 steps needed stained and backsplash he said he did not include the painting on sides of steps or not a peel and stick so he would have to charge me more money plus he charged me for having to come back to polyurethene the steps gas money @ $30 a trip I cancelled the steps .he also fix the slats on bed and handrail going up stairs still paid too much money over $200. plus HE had HIS SON with him to work.
I stand by all my work with a guarantee. I explained everything that would be done at your home in person and in the estimate I sent you. Original bid was for 1 bed rail, and staining steps. You requested that I do not make more than 1 additional trip for steps and you would supply all materials. Stain was the only material provided. I repaired a handrail that was broken, replaced multiple boards on the bed, sanded, and stained steps for $150. I called to schedule 2nd trip. I drove out there, and you decided you did not want to pay for additional work. My 11 year old did help me on Saturday. Thank you for your business.
Mr. Mervine, BJ, was prompt, on time, gave a fair estimate for the work to be performed. Two days to complete. Cleaned up after, hauled away debris. VERY, VERY Professional. Any inconsistencies that I found, he corrected. I've already told him that I would be calling on him again.
Thank you Ms. Jackie. It was a pleasure working with you. Please let me know if there is anything else.
The employee was very courteous and projects were completed in a timely manner. After the work was completed, I received a follow up call and visit to make sure that I was satisfied with the repairs. I am so happy with the repairs and will definitely use this company again and tell my friends and neighbors about my wonderful experience. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
Thank you Ms. Cheryl. The food you brought us was delicious, and a surprise. Please feel free to call if you need anything.
I sent up my initial request as "Ready to Hire." After we agreed upon the estimate which I thought was high for installing smoke alarm batters, weatherstripping on two doors and put back up a 1 shutter that had fallen and repair door jam which I thought was going to include some actual wood repair or replace to the damaged section only... He told me he could start the following week, but my HOA was charging me $25/a day for the shutter... that is why I selected "Ready to Hire", so we agreed upon Saturday morning... he texted me that morning and said he'd be there by noon... at noon he didn't show up until around 3:30pm. He only replaced one door but failed to add the weatherstripping at the bottom of the door, he didn't replace any on the back door... just adjusted it. Puttied door jam bottom on one side and sanded complete door jam and repainted. Paint job not as neat as it could be... some paint spills left on the front porch and some on the sides of brick visible. I mistakenly overpaid and had to call him to get the return of overpayment... which he did, but I think he should have caught that with the initial cash payment. The $350 I was charged was not worth the work. Nice guy but I would not work with him again.
I stand by all my work with a guarantee. I explained to you before the work started on the door that there would be no wood replacement only a putty repair. When I finished repairs it was after dark, and I could not see very well. I requested that I be able to come back and inspect the job that was done the following week. When I refunded the money to your older son I saw the repairs on the door, and requested to come back and fix it. The comments above were written after I sent you an email requesting to come back out and fix the repairs. Feel free to call me if you would like for me to finish repairs at front door or clean up. Thank you
The job was done well and very professional.
