J B promptly came to our house to assess the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate. I wanted to get the job done asap; they were on it by the end of the week, starting Fri, noon, and done Sat, 11:15 am. Benji and Marvin built a bannister at back door, installed a new storm door ( removing old), installed a swing on front porch, and presurewashed the entire hose. They were very professional and focused, and so nice. I can't say enough good about them! They did a GREAT job!

BJ mainly communicates by text and phone, but I never met him in person. This worked well for me, but may put some off. BJ had his crew at the house when he said he would, and was timely to communicate changes or roadblocks.

The handyman did an excellent job installing 2 very large window boxes under my front windows. I was immediately able to plant my flowers and everything is beautiful. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Only did half the job.. said he'd come back with bigger ladder.. never came never called

I apologize for not returning to complete this job. I mentioned before I was very busy and could attempt the job when we came out. The location of the vent was much higher than you mentioned on the phone. I fixed your toilet and did not charge you anything for this job. I am more than willing to finish.
