Kyle and his team replaced my roof shingles shortly after we moved into our home. The roof had a slight bow to it and he went out of his way to make sure the shingles weren’t just replaced properly, but also that it looked nice aesthetically - great work and glad I hired him for the job!

I have utilized Gordon Construction for multiple projects over the years from a complete new roof, remodeling, and smaller projects and their work has exceeded my expectations every time. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He always takes time to explain the ins and outs of the process and answers any questions I have. Very easy to work with and always approachable and flexible when it comes to the vision of the project. Pricing has always been fair and transparent as well. You can tell they take great pride in their work. They do things the right way and don't cut corners. Great attention to detail and they were very respectful of my property and left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation reccomending Gordon Construction for whatever project you need. They have been my go to contractor through two homes now and will continue to have my business in the future!

Gordon Construction did a great job transitioning our old pool deck into a nice entertainment area. He removed part of the old deck, moved the stairs and rebuilt them, and installed new railings. He did a great job listening to our requests and incorporating his knowledge to achieve our desired results.

Professional, punctual, and price conscious. Gordon Construction was extremely understanding and asked all of the right questions to make my disrepaired house back into my home. My roof needed replaced, siding needed repaired, and too many other odds and ends to mention. Gordon Construction handled them all without ever missing a beat. I ended up continuously adding more items as I found more as the dust settled. Gordon Construction not only addressed all those items, but they did it with a smile! I was able turn it over to them with a feeling of complete confidence due to the transparency in not only price but progress of the work, stages of repair, and scheduling. On the topic of scheduling they went out of the way to work around my schedule to take the inconvenience out of home repair and make it easy for me, and the succeeded! When all was said and done they beat the timeline, they communicated all throughout, and the beat the estimate. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Kyle and his crew completed a 5 year re- roofing project that required purchase of all materials, year of of old roofing, any needed repairs and re-roofing. The project was commissioned but Crystal Estates HOA for its 25 4 plex and duplex buildings. Kyle managed the project without problems and to the HOA's complete satisfaction. Kyle continues to do miscellaneous repair and maintenance for the HOA property in a high quality and timely fashion. We are very glad that we have him.

Kyle was extremely prompt with service and was available anytime I had questions. I couldn’t make up my mind about trim and siding color and he helped me make decisions based on what he was seeing in market. He did asphalt roofing, siding, window replacement, and finish trim around windows and doors. Would highly recommend for prompt and high quality service.
