Kevin and his team from Sunlight Construction are terrific. From start to finish, every detail went better than expected. We had watched them do the roof installation across the street, and witnessed how thorough and efficient they were on that job. The quote was very competitive in our mix of four quotes. The job was completed in 1.5 days, on a weekend, less than a week after agreeing to the work and paying the initial deposit. The one issue they found on a 100+ year old 4-family building, with a 35 year old roof, cost 7% of the quoted price to fix. Since we had already allowed a 10-15% contingency for anything unexpected, the cost was not an issue. The photos and drone video provided of the work documented the entire process and how well everything was completed. Both the care the team took of the property and the final cleanup were exemplary. We could not be more pleased with the job! Thank you Kevin and the team from Sunlight Construction!!
