Bought a new electric clothes dryer to replace the old gas dryer. Found that our 220VAC outlet was not working. Gaetaway showed up on time, traced the source of the problem quickly, and repaired it. The technician was courteous and efficient. I will call them again, should the need arise.

Jacob was initially hired to evaluate one of our ceiling fans in the kitchen that had died. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced along with the other 2 fans that were part of a set. Jacob did such a great job at a very reasonable price that we expanded the job to include replacing 6 can lights that had become discolored over the years. He did an amazing job and I can't really say enough good things about his work.

Jacob was wonderful. He had a very challenging project in my house, which I warned him! It took some time, but he got it done to my satisfaction. He was kind, explained things as he went and was a pleasure to work with! I will be keeping his contact for sure!!

We hired Jacob for a panel upgrade and a re wire for our home. He and his team were professional and efficient! He was very communicative throughout the whole process! We were referred to him by our neighbor, and will be passing his info along to all others who inquire! If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would! Very very pleased with the work that was done!

Jacob installed my new EV charger. He did an excellent job taking great care in cutting my drywall in the garage to access the main panel outside and then place the wiring in a manner that was as hidden as possible- all at a very fair price. I would recommend him highly and will call on him for future jobs.

We had just bought a new electric vehicle and needed to get a charger hooked up in the garage ASAP. I sent an email and Jacob called me within minutes. He came over on New Year?s Day and did the install. He was clean. quick and professional. I will call again if I need anything else.

I was very impressed with his performance but not only that I love the advice he gave us on what would be best for our home. We have had many electricians come out in the past years but the service and the time he took with us to discuss our personal needs for our home was beyond our expectations!

Not only was the job done in a timely fashion but was very clean… the customer service was top tier! …. Communication, punctuality, and sense of pride in their work lets you know you hired the right contractor for the job! …. They left the work area cleaner then it was before they arrived.. the work I had done was a panel upgrade and also install my Tesla EV charger… real game changer no more stopping at superchargers to charge my Tesla!…. Thank you to Gaetaway electric I’m able to commute to work an home no more pit stops!
