I have an older pool that needed a complete overhaul. Future Pools were the only company that would take it on. Most companies would not even return my calls or show up for appointments. Itâ s truly amazing the transformation, it looks amazing. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

The people doing the job were very courteous and kind, I thought they did a very good job, but it did not turn out that way. After the job was done, one of the workers admitted to me he had only been doing this job for less than two weeks. It was not a problem with the workers at all. But then, when the pool was filling the owner showed up and I pointed out to him the wrinkles in the liner and his immediate response was do not worry, as the pool fills the wrinkles would come off and that is what he said but it did not, it only got worse.

hey dianna, we asked you to send us pictures since we did your liner! last year!? and you still havent done that! we cant help you if you cant help us help you!

Cody was wonderful to work with, continuous communication. He fixed the leaks in my hot tub in a short period of time. It is possible to find anyone to work on a hot tub in my area. So glad to know I now have someone I can depend on for any future repairs. Highly recommend!!

They seemed very conscientious there was a small issue after the first repair and they were very prompt and coming back and corrected the problem. It was an unforeseen issue not their fault
