Spencer is great! He ran through the options to repair versus replace and we ended up replacing our garage door opener. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I have confidence in Spencer's expertise and my husband is happy he didn't have to install it!

Recommended!! Honesty is getting harder to find. These guys do great work and fast, at a fair price! Last time I used (one of those companies you have heard of on the radio ads), and felt like their total objective was to sell me as much new stuff as possible. Freedom showed up on time, fixed the problem and didn't try to "up sell" me... I had total confidence that the repairs he said were needed were actually what was needed. Courteous and fair priced.

Spencer was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable, truly a rare combination to find in a contractor these days! He arrived on time, identified and resolved safety issues with the Garage Door Opener promptly and swiftly and his fees are extremely reasonable! Will certainly hire him again in the future for all our garage door needs!

Another garage door spring is black color. They installed a different color. Door making a noise. He said needs a new motor. Noise is from between chin rail to garage door. Motor not a problem I knew about.

It is my goal to provide everyone with outstanding service and I'm sorry that I did not meet up to your expectations. The spring I installed is a high cycle spring just happens to be made out of a different material than the one on your other door. As far as your Motors are concerned I advise you that your rails were broken and the motor and or the rail needed to be replaced. I offered you other services in order to make your doors run smoother, nylon ball bearing rollers, as they have not been properly maintained over the years. You opted not to go with my suggestions which in turn your doors did not meet your expectations.

Spencer did a great job- just a genuine guy, lots of integrity. Had helped us out on occasion for minor things at no charge as well because they were such small issues. I find Spencer and Freedom to be very honest and trustworthy, I know he is always doing right by our needs and not trying to take advantage. Recommended, highly!
