Would never hire again. Before the job even started workers damaged both my pillars and drove into a tree by driveway. Job was done in less than a day. Roof shingles started popping up right away. The skylights were installed out of code. No rafters, hangers. Frame all butchered. The underlining and felt was all wrinkled. The original beams were sliced down not even touching the skylights frame for support. Skylights are now leaking each time it rains. Had to have workers go on roof 4 times to fix popping up shingles, which to this day are still popping up. New gutters were scratched up after not even few days that they had to be replaced. Original roof is butchered in certain areas from all the nails being put in next to each other causing it to crack. The owner was informed of each issue after work was completed. In the end the owner took liability for the improper installation of the skylights and roof. His insurance company is not willing to pay out for all the damages. At this point after inspectors wrote out reports for all the code violations the owner decided to go MIA and void the warranty we had with him for the roof.
