I recently hired Mike to install 800+ square feet of tiles. He and his helper Gino did an outstanding job. He provided me with accurate estimate on labor and material and stuck to the quoted price. I would highly recommend Mike for tiling job.

They always pick up the phone, they come on time, they do great job and they leave the place sparkling clean when finished - what else would you ask for? And the price was competitive. Five stars.

Continuously showed up late which was an inconvenience to us, did not call to tell us when their people we coming to do the work. Failed to add grout in one corner and failed to properly add putty in space between tile and cabinet.

Mike's bid was the most comprehensive and done line item by line item so you know, up front, exactly what the costs are for labor vs materials. He was very easy to work with and understood my project. His installation was excellent, however, clean-up of "outside" premises could be improved upon. With more detail to clean-up, I would definitely rate Francel Tiel as 5-star. All in all, Mike was pleasant to work with and I have recommended him to one of my neighbors who needs similar tile work.

Mr. Francel pays attention to detail and has a nice eye for making a pleasing layout for the focal points of a room. I will definitely recommend him to others and use his services again myself when another tile project is due. He is very personable and shares his ideas for making his tile work its best from a design standpoint and with cost consciousness - right down to the choice of grout color and effective use of materials.

We thought all we needed was some tile laid for a handicap shower. He educated us about all the modifications the bathroom needed including framing, drywall concrete and electrical work. Michael provided us with the other people needed to complete the job. He coordinated with the other companies and the entire job was finished in the one week time period he promised. There was some rework needed and Michael made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. We priced the tile and Michael was able to purchase the correct amount of tile for $300.00 less than we expected. His tile work was perfect! The shower and floor were perfect.
