Chris spent time on the front end really trying to understand what I wanted to accomplish with the saw. He laid out the work plan in a logical way, and communicated each day what work was completed, and what the plan would be for the next day. The project was complete weeks ahead of promise date, and the finished product was a dramatic improvement to my view.

Chris Fox and his crew are an ultra class act. They show up when promised, work harder than anyone I've previously had do work for us, and the worksite is left cleaner than when they started. The price was outstanding and we could not be happier with the result. We will definitely have them back for future work.

Excellent customer service in explaining services and keeping me informed of time table progress as well as actual performance of removal of pine trees and holly bushes. Great value and would hire again.

Work scheduled for completion by March 20. 2 of 10 trees removed. No word as of May 11 on when rest of work will be completed.

Chris had difficulty completing the work as planned. Called and said he would be there several times but didn't show. Didn't call either. Turns out his wife had their first child and he sort of left the grid for a while. Reminds me of when I set the house on fire when we had our first child. Anyway, once things got settled the work was done and done well. Consider yourself blessed if you can get on his schedule.
