Hunter K and Cody K did an exceptional job overhauling our crawl space. Nice guys, real professionals. Left everything nice and neat. The space before the project was a disaster. The final result is night and day, for the better! I'd recommend these guys to anyone considering a crawl space makeover. I was 100% satisfied with their work. Nice job boys! Best, Jim S

I gave a 4 for value for money as I have nothing to compare it to. It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10รข into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Jonah, Bryant and Logan performed our crawlspace pump system and encapsulation system. It was grueling work. They were diligent, professional and experienced. They finished the job ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction.

Professional service from inspection/bid right through installation of crawlspace lining, dehumidifier, and sump pump. Jake, Tim, and Josh were respectful of us and our house/property. Communication on arrival time was much appreciated. A little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for and I should have done this years ago. We did not have water issues but an earthy odor and this appears to have fixed this. Well done guys.

I have a 1900รข s farmhouse with multiple additions in an area with a high water table. I have dealt with water in the basement after every hard rain and during the spring thaw. The basement was very musty and damp. This job was handled professionally from the estimate to final walk through.
