Foundation Recovery Systems

They were supposed to waterproof my parents basement. The day they came and did the work the foreman was in so much pain he could not even stand up. they did nothing to waterproof the basement and only installed a pump in the wrong place. since then it has been a nightmare. big holes in the front of the house. they did finally at least put the pump in the furnace room. the drain outside is not properly installed. They NEVER did the waterproofing and charged over 5,500 to poorly install the pump, It will be draining in a neighbors yard (which is illegal ) and leave holes siding on the front of the house. It has been a huge run-around full of lies and stalling. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Connor Avera who inspected the situation was very thorough explaining what would be done. The three men (Brandon A., Tim M., and Joshua S. ) were very polite and knowledgeable. Brandon called both days to tell me when they would arrive and they were always on time. They cleaned everything up after the completion. Brandon went thru and explained everything that was done. I highly recommend this company.

They were able to correct the concrete settlement eliminating trip points and areas where water was standing. This was an excellent alternative to replacing the concrete segments where the problem existed.

WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I chose them because of their great reviews and that was not our experience. Our initial problem of buckling floors was not fixed. The inspector, Josh, told us that he would be there for us every step of the way. We never saw him again. We called him once and he did respond and said he would probably be at our house on the second day of our work. He also told us to be present as we needed to give input on the foundation being raised. That did not happen. The first day of the work went smoothly and everything was explained to us. On the second day, the 2 workers showed up 1 1/2 hours after they said without their needed equipment. One worker left for three hours while one started working. When they were finished, I showed the worker that the initial problem had not been fixed. He said he did not know what the problem was. Then said our subfloors needed to be replaced. They do that but it would be another approximately $5,000. I called the company and complained. I spoke to a representative, Jacie, the next day. She said she understood and would talk to her managers. We are a week past when she said she would call us back. We have heard nothing, We cannot open or close our hallway doors correctly. Everyone who comes through our house is astounded at the money we paid to not have a problem fixed. I would not recommend this company - their communication and follow-through are poor.

I am now stress free and have made a great investment for my home. Hunter was the first contact I had at Indiana Foundation, he came out and gave me an estimate and helped set up installation and financing. This is a company I believe in and they work hard and deliver great product and services. Communications with this company was easy also. Before starting the project, one of the foremanâ s/supervisors named Josh came out and answered-all my follow up questions. He was awesome too! Other than having to wait 3 weeks before installation, which I understood, because they were busy. I would actually work for this company because they have all the quality, integrity, and hard workers to complete any job. Experience & integrity matter!!!! Praise the Lord!
