Im am so happy with the work that was done on my house. Tyler came and gave a very fair estimate on lifting my concrete side entrance stairs to my basement. He explained every step of the process and did exactly what we wanted with no issues. Everything was done to perfection. No damage was done and you cant even tell the stairs ever needed a repair in the first place. I would highly recommend this company and would hire again for any future jobs.

Foundation crack repair is an excellent company if you’re looking to get any work done on your foundation. I noticed my basement floor was wet the day it rained very heavily and I wanted to get my foundation checked to make sure there wasn’t any issue in it because I had just bought the house. I was able to have an appointment that very same day and they even arrive late hours if needed. The guy came and was able to give me a quote on the spot and determined that I did have a leak at my cold joint. He quickly assessed and provided a fair price. I was surprised to learn (after probing by me) that the owner of the company was the one doing the quotes and he was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and foundation. To me that showed dedication. The team arrived promptly a couple days later and did excellent work and they were able to clean up after as if they had never been there. They give a lifetime warranty on the work they perform so now I can have my family in my house and have peace of mind, knowing that my foundation is secure. Thank you Tyler for taking care of me like a friend would. I highly recommend him and will be referring him for all future foundation repairs for anyone that asks!

I hired him because I thought I had a crack in my foundation , he dug up my patio and discovered there was no crack however in the contract he was supposed to grade my property so water would flow away from the foundation , instead he created a pool where the water accumulated near my foundation he charge me 8400$ left my house a mess , my backyard had to be completely redone . Basically all the work had to be redone except for the patio . That cost me another 7400$ I called Tyler & asked could he give me some money back as I’m a retired nurse and I’m on fixed income , with a handicapped husband . I offered to pay him for the work he did , he agreed and said he would give me some money back at least 1,000$ and I have yet to receive it . It’s been 2 weeks and called the office multiple times and he won’t honor what we agreed on ! I don’t anticipate there ever will be Stay away from this company they were a scam !

This company has no idea of what they are doing, they are unprofessional, no idea where a drain goes, there are no engineers on staff. Do not guarantee their work.
