Brandon and his crew at Foundation 1st LLC did an amazing job installing underground drain lines at my property. They were fast, efficient, professional, and paid incredible attention to detail throughout the entire project. One thing I really appreciated was how careful they were working around all of my rare Japanese maples and landscaping. They took the time to protect everything and even reused the existing sod so well that you can barely tell the yard was ever dug up. It’s hard to find contractors that care this much about both the quality of the work and the appearance of the property afterward. Highly recommend Brandon and his company.

I just have to say, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team are incredible. I bought a house in 2023, had a house fire in 2024, and find myself as I write this review still displaced and running out of time on the rebuild. As the rebuild has progressed, a structural engineer identified that a support beam was missing in the “family room” basement that’s 3/4 below ground level. This support beam supports the 3 bedrooms of the house. With having my family & a 5 year old daughter, I really couldn’t stomach choosing not to replace it, but if you’ve never been in a house fire, it’s fighting tooth and nail to get 80% of everything covered by the insurance company. I couldn’t find someone to get this support done in the next few weeks without charging 2-3x. Then I found Brandon & Foundation 1st. I kid you not, gave me an estimate at 9am 8/13, job completed at 10am 8/15. Quality? 🤌🏼 Service? 🤌🏼 Empathy? 🤌🏼 100% took care of me! Thank you so much, Brandon & the Foundation 1st team!
