They do not stand by their warranty . They designed a basement system for me and water was still coming in. They said the system they designed would not catch it, even though the salesman who sold it assured me it would. Be cautious when working with this company. They will not stand by their work.

From the salesperson to the on site workers, this company has been wonderful!! The work was done exactly as described. The foreman kept us informed during the on site work and answered all of our questions. Will definitely recommend them!!

Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing.

Bobby and the Fortress Techs were very professional, considerate, and thorough. The difference we feel from the crawl space insulation from before to after is amazing. Within just a day or two that musty smell in the house that was coming from the crawl space was gone! Bobby kept us informed throughout the entire process and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations Solutions to everyone; we were extremely satisfied with the outcome and the high quality customer service we received.
