Footprints Floors of Metro Detroit

My floor contractor passed away unexpectedly before he could finish a 400sqft roomâ s wood floors. The Footprints team jumped in to save the day just 2 days before our moving truck arrives with our things. They evaluated, priced, and sent a team over ON THE WEEKEND to do the job. While we knew we had to let the floors cure before placing furniture snd rugs, it was amazing to have the job completed quickly. We will call them again for future needs.

Project Managers were in direct contact with me throughout project and followup. Great work project results, customer service and followup. Highly recommend!

Great work very professional very pleased with the Final Jam. I had some unique door way thresholds and they made it work. I have received many compliments from my friends on how nice the floor is look.

I had a hardwood floor in a 10x12 bedroom refinished. The professionalism was excellent! Everything was explained beforehand, the work was done timely with little disruption and no mess. They exceeded my expectations, and were very willing to take on such a small job. I would definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely nice and professional workers, who do an amazing job start to finish. They brought an actual hardcover book of examples of past work to the estimate, which itself was impressive, not to mention the amazing work that was inside. Very flexible with timing and working around other contractors schedules, even though they seemed very busy themselves. Beyond their customer service their work is incredible, they took a worn, old, and frankly disgusting red oak floor and made it look almost brand new. They're definitely coming back to do work whenever I might need it and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
