The estimator and the project supervisor were very disconnected. I was hounded quite a bit for my deposit with very few options on how to submit payment. Once the project started there is minimal communications on timing, the people doing the work were also very disconnected from project supervisor. It was a very frustrating project with communication issues, left lights on when they left and we couldn't turn them off because of the floors, and schedule issues.

Salesman was professional and confident but the actual workers would show up late or not have all the equipment causing delays. Which made them try to install the baseboards before the sealant coat was applied. And after convincing them, they came back a couple of days later to install the baseboards. They appeared rushed, since I had to nail punch 40% of the nails after they left because they were sticking out. Clearly they did not waiting long enough for the nail gun the charge before nailing again. While laying on the floor punching nails in, I noticed all the imperfections in the floor itself, things stick under the poly, like white paint from the previous quarter round, holes that did not get filled in etc. I am glad it was only one room, which I am going to have redone when I refinish the rest of my house.

Extremely responsive. The entire team is so responsive and listens to you! We always new what was going on and what would be happening next. The crew was amazing and FAST. Very good experience from the time they submitted the bid to the final payment. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
