After I requested a quote, Footprints Floors was quick to respond, and offered to come right out for the estimate. I showed them the flooring I purchased and they let me know how much it would be to install, how long it would take, and when they could get started.

Jeff was exceptionally responsive and reactive to questions and concerns. The team he sent out was pleasant and quick. I brought up some areas of concern pre-final inspection and Jeff went above and beyond to fix personally.

Jeff seems to be honest and sincere and seems to genuinely care. The only reason I didnâ t give them 5 stars is because initially they didnâ t start the job as initially agreed upon.

Both Jeffs we a pleasure to work with, did an outstanding job installing our new backsplash that had a difficult pattern, It came out great!

Jeff is extremely attentive to detail and supervised every phase of the job. We purchased a home that had cupped wood flooring was and discolored and worn. In addition one of the guest rooms had carpet that transitioned into a wood floor hallway. Jeff was able to refinish the existing flooring and integrate the new wood floor seamlessly, you could not distinguish the transition. He also identified the moisture problem contributing to the cupping of the flooring. Jeff also installed carpet in the 2 bonus rooms and did a magnificent job as well. If you are looking for attention to detail and superior craftsmanship Jeff is your go to contractor.

Jeff and his crew did a great job replacing my old vinyl flooring with new ceramic tile. They answered all my questions before and during the process and cleaned up during and after the job was finished. I highly recommend them for any flooring job you may have.
