We had vinyl flooring installed in one of our rental properties. Footprints is on it from start to finish, very thorough and professional. We will definitely go to them for future projects.

Excellent experience, especially laying terrazzo tile.

The use of subcontractors instead of their own employees is a problem. In my situation, only 1 subcontract employee performed the work. The quality was good but there should have been at least 2 workers assigned. As a result, the job took two full days to complete (till 8:30 pm each day).

This company was very professional, punctual, and gave attention to every detail of the project. Kris was a pleasure to work with, and very kind. The crew sent out to do the tile work for my hall bathroom was exceptional. They first put brown paper on the floor where they were going to be walking in and out. As they brought in materials and did the work they were very careful not to hit any walls or furniture or doors. The tile work on the tub surround was beautiful and I could not be more pleased. Clean up was thorough, and Kris came to check the job after it was finished to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company.

Kris and his team were very professional and did a great job installing our floors and we plan on having them out to do some additional work in the future.

We replaced all of the flooring in our 2000 sq ft house with luxury vinyl plank. We needed to demo out the existing tile and laminate and have the new flooring installed. We got 3 bids. Kris was professional, very responsive and easy to communicate with. His bid was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule in our time frame so we went with Footprints Floors. Kris remained easy to communicate with and we appreciated his quick response time. Unfortunately his team was having problems the week of our project and he had to cut some of his workers. It slowed down the progress and took longer than expected. The guys that worked on the project were there every day but there were only 2 of them and they spoke no English so communicating with them directly was challenging. They were hard workers and did a fine job but it was a really big project for such a small crew and we were out of our house much longer than expected. There were a few small issues during the installation but nothing major and the end result turned out nice. Kris tried to stay on top of things and his crew chief came by regularly to check on the progress and communicate with the workers. Overall I would recommend Kris and Footprints Floors.
