Customer service and workmanship are unmatched, comparing to any large project I have done in the past. We had a BIG job. Our wood floor buckled throughout 2 weeks after we thought a leak was resolved. The surprise was that the prior owner of the house did not like their original wood floor so they laid another on top of it creating double demo work. We decided to move forward with wood inspired tile. The outcome is gorgeous. Every piece was laid perfectly. Communication and responsiveness were quick and professional . I highly recommend Kris and Foot prints Flooring team for any floor installation.

Hi, I had 8 Travertine tiles replaced in my kitchen. I had original tiles for replacement. I did some grout prep work. The tiles were removed and replaced in 4 hours. I'm very satisfied. Thanks!

The use of subcontractors instead of their own employees is a problem. In my situation, only 1 subcontract employee performed the work. The quality was good but there should have been at least 2 workers assigned. As a result, the job took two full days to complete (till 8:30 pm each day).

Thank you for your review Jerry. Your job is not large enough to require 2 men. Not enough space to work in. I do not know where you got the idea that your job would be finished in one day. Glue down wood demo alone usually takes a day. He also took longer because he was using smaller tools in order to keep the dust down because he knew the dust was an issue for you. If he would have come in with a big chipping hammer, like we usually do, he would have been done much quicker.

This company was very professional, punctual, and gave attention to every detail of the project. Kris was a pleasure to work with, and very kind. The crew sent out to do the tile work for my hall bathroom was exceptional. They first put brown paper on the floor where they were going to be walking in and out. As they brought in materials and did the work they were very careful not to hit any walls or furniture or doors. The tile work on the tub surround was beautiful and I could not be more pleased. Clean up was thorough, and Kris came to check the job after it was finished to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company.
